This contract is made under the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.
Parties to the contract
The contract is between you (The Buyer) and UK Pashmina Ltd (The Seller) whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. (Please note this is not the address for returns. See Returns for full information.) The goods shall be the products supplied by the seller to the buyer according to these terms and conditions.
We will take payment from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within 7 days of us advising you that your order has not been accepted).
We endeavour to keep website up to date and error free. Occasionally, however, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
Your Rights to Cancel
We want you to be happy! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase then please return it. We even give you 30 days and we won't ask for a reason (although you can tell us of course, especially if you're unhappy).
We have to tell you that the Distance Selling Regulations give you 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind. You must then return your order to us within another 14 days. We add another 2 days to give you a total of 30 days. This time period may be extended, at our discretion, for example at Christmas, but will not exceed 60 days.
We provide a Freepost label (no stamp required) with your order when it’s delivered. Take your parcel to a Post Office.
You must obtain proof of posting.
The goods you return must be unused and in saleable condition.
We will refund you as follows:
The full price of the goods
UK Only - The price of the lowest delivery charge (at present Royal Mail 2nd Class). If your order qualified you for free delivery (orders over £75) and you subsequently return part of your order we will subtract the postage charge from your refund.
Non-UK orders will not receive a postage refund.
We will usually action your refund within 24 hours of receipt. It can take 5 working days for the refund to appear in the account you used for the original purchase.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Product Terms & Conditions to any other person.
By registering any of your personal details with UK Pashmina Ltd, you are agreeing to allow us to contact you regarding any aspect of your order. We will not sell or pass on any of your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes.
These Product Terms & Conditions are subject to English law.
