Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase then please return it. We even give you 30 days and we won't ask for a reason (although you can tell us of course, especially if you're unhappy).

Christmas

Returns and exchanges are extended until Friday 12 January so you can be confident about gift purchases for Christmas.

Freepost

We enclose a Freepost label with every order. The Freepost address is also on the leaflet enclosed with every order.

If you have mislaid your Freepost label and the leaflet (well, it does happen!) then please email us or use the contact form on the contact page to request the address.

Making it easy 

Simply repackage your item, complete the returns form and stick on the label. Drop your parcel off at any Post Office. It really is that easy. Please note that this applies to the UK only.

We will refund the full cost of your purchase and the cost of Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If your order qualified you for free delivery (orders over £75) and you subsequently return part of your order (making your order under £75) we will subtract the postage charge due on orders under £75 from your refund.

The item you're returning must be unused of course and in the same condition that it arrived in. That's all we ask.

Refunds

We try to refund you the same day that we receive your item. Refunds are made to the card used for the transaction or to your Paypal account if you used that. They can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
