Comments: Very quick and efficient service, goods well packaged. Would use this company again. Bought a cashmere wrap but no label on it . With respect if there is no official label on a product saying what it is and where it is made how does a person know that the product is what its supposed to be?

Thank you so much for your feedback. There should have been a label on the packaging. The reason we do this is because we had so much feedback about NOT putting a label on the product as it was difficult to remove. Over the years we have tried sewn labels, swing tags and sticky labels all of which caused issues. We have been labelling the packaging now for a number of years and this seems to be the most satisfactory solution. I am so sorry if you are not so happy about this but rest assured your wrap is 100% Cashmere from Nepal. Once again, many thanks for the feedback.
